A 25% deposit is required to be on to the waiting list, however the deposit is refundable at any time. Art is very personal and subjective, for both the client and the artist, so the commission can be canceled prior to, during, or after the painting is finished either by client or Shirley. We want you to be 100% happy with the final piece. If the final work is not claimed, it will be released for purchase by the public, and the deposit is 100% refundable.
